Terms of Service
Clear terms for using HARDEEP ERP SOFTWARE websites, business applications, development services and authorized integrations.
1. Agreement and service scope
These Terms govern use of hardeeperpsoftware.com and HARDEEP ERP services or applications that link to them. Use a service only if you have authority to act for yourself or the business concerned. A written quotation, licence, order, statement of work or service agreement defines the purchased features, deployment, users, duration, deliverables and support; any service-specific conflict is resolved by that agreement to the extent permitted by law. Third-party products also remain subject to their owners’ licences.
2. Products and professional services

Our related services include ERP customization, barcode solutions, custom application development, website and e-commerce development, Android/mobile applications, domain registration, business automation, technical support and WhatsApp API integration. This policy applies to personal information we actually handle in providing these services; purchasing an offline product does not by itself give us access to its local database. Features vary by product, edition and licence. A website description or demonstration is not a promise that every product includes every feature. Confirm compatibility, data migration, integration requirements, hosting, implementation, training, updates and support before ordering. Custom development requires an agreed scope and acceptance criteria; additional requests may change the price and timeline.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
Provide accurate account and business information, protect credentials, restrict access to authorized staff and promptly report suspected compromise. You remain responsible for your users, lawful data collection, permissions, data quality, backups and required retention within the systems you control. Do not upload records you are not authorized to process. Obtain appropriate approvals before sharing patient, student, financial or other sensitive information for support or messaging.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use our services for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deception, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized access, scraping of restricted information, infringement or other unlawful conduct. Do not bypass security or platform limits, misuse another business’s assets or use software beyond the rights granted by its licence. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address a policy breach, a security threat or legal obligation.
5. Meta and WhatsApp business services
Meta-connected features require a valid, authorized business account and the permissions needed for the selected feature. You must comply with applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies, including any required recipient opt-in, approved templates, messaging windows and opt-out handling. Do not purchase or use unauthorized contact lists. Meta controls app review, permissions, template approval, account quality, pricing and platform availability; we cannot guarantee approval, message delivery, read receipts or continued access. No official Meta partnership or endorsement is implied by providing integration services.
6. Charges, renewals and cancellations
Product licence fees, implementation, custom work, renewal, hosting/domain fees, taxes, third-party charges and message usage fees depend on the agreed quotation or order. A feature or add-on is included only if specified. Renewal and cancellation conditions must be communicated with the applicable offer; cancellation does not automatically cancel an independent provider’s contract. Refund or credit eligibility depends on the agreed terms, work delivered and applicable mandatory law; these Terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
7. Ownership and customer content
Software, branding, documentation and website content remain the property of HARDEEP ERP SOFTWARE or the relevant rights holder, except where a written agreement transfers specific rights. Customers retain rights in the records and materials they lawfully provide and authorize processing only to deliver the agreed service. Custom-source-code ownership, third-party components and licence rights must be settled in the project agreement. Do not copy, resell or distribute software without the necessary permission.
8. Privacy and service providers
The Privacy Policy explains the information covered by these services, privacy choices and deletion requests. A customer organization remains responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful instructions. Domain, hosting, payment, Google, Meta and other third-party services have independent terms and operational limitations. Use of our website does not transfer control over those providers to us.
9. Availability, support and operational decisions
Maintenance, internet failures, device faults and third-party outages can affect service. Support hours, response commitments, updates and recovery arrangements are those specified for the purchased service; no universal uptime or response-time guarantee is created here. Remote-support access should be authorized and limited to the task. Verify important outputs, balances, tax reports and business records before relying on them. Business software supports your workflow and does not replace qualified tax, legal, medical or accounting judgement.
10. Suspension, termination and data export
Either party may end a service under the applicable agreement and law. We may suspend affected access for material misuse, non-payment under agreed terms or a serious security concern, with notice where practicable. Before ending a service, request any available export and agree applicable access, assistance and charges; export tools depend on the product. Disconnect Meta permissions where relevant and use the data deletion instructions for records under our control. Required legal retention and independent third-party records are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Warranties, liability and disputes
Only the warranties and commitments expressly included in the applicable agreement or required by law apply. Liability and available remedies are determined by that agreement and applicable law; nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first with the issue and relevant order details so we can seek a practical resolution. Applicable law and dispute forum are those validly specified in the service agreement; otherwise they are determined by applicable law.
12. Updates and contact
These Terms may be updated when services change. Material changes should be communicated where required; an existing written order is not silently rewritten by a website update. For questions about these Terms, billing, licences or service scope, email info@hardeeperpsoftware.com or call +91 78889 17735.
