Request deletion of information held by HARDEEP ERP SOFTWARE, including data associated with connected Facebook, Meta and WhatsApp services.

To request deletion of HARDEEP ERP app data, including Facebook/Meta or WhatsApp integration data: email info@hardeeperpsoftware.com with the subject “HARDEEP ERP Data Deletion Request”. Include the app/service name, your registered email or business phone number and enough account/business identifier information to locate the relevant records. Do not include passwords, access tokens or unnecessary identity documents. State whether you want a particular integration disconnected, selected data removed or your service account closed. We will verify authority, explain any necessary legal retention and confirm the outcome through the request channel without undue delay, within applicable legal deadlines. Affected records may include connection identifiers, integration tokens, stored contacts, messages and event records under our control, as applicable. We cannot directly delete records independently held by Meta or another business; use their own privacy channels for those records. Any legally retained records must be restricted to their required purpose. This is an email-based deletion request process, not an automated Meta deletion callback.
