Privacy Policy
How HARDEEP ERP SOFTWARE handles personal information across our website, business software, support services and connected applications.
1. Who this policy covers
HARDEEP ERP SOFTWARE (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates hardeeperpsoftware.com. This Privacy Policy covers this website and HARDEEP ERP applications and services that link to it. It does not automatically cover independently operated third-party websites or apps. Our related services include ERP customization, barcode solutions, custom application development, website and e-commerce development, Android/mobile applications, domain registration, business automation, technical support and WhatsApp API integration. This policy applies to personal information we actually handle in providing these services; purchasing an offline product does not by itself give us access to its local database.
2. Information used to provide services
Depending on the service you use, information may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, enquiry, support correspondence, business requirements, billing details, GST details where relevant, purchase and subscription records, and files you choose to share. Website requests may also generate IP addresses, browser/device information, visited URLs, timestamps and security logs. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, complete payment-card details or unrelated confidential records through enquiry forms.
3. Business records and sensitive information
ERP, accounting and industry applications can contain customer/supplier details, invoices, inventory, financial transactions, staff, student, patient, laboratory or other business records. We access such records only where the service configuration, hosting arrangement or your authorized support request requires it. The customer organization determines which records it enters and must have authority to process them. For hosted or support processing on a customer’s behalf, the agreed service scope and any applicable data-processing terms govern that work. Healthcare and education customers should minimize sensitive data shared for demonstrations or troubleshooting and use anonymized examples wherever possible.
4. Facebook, Meta and WhatsApp integrations
If you choose to connect a Meta or WhatsApp business account to a HARDEEP ERP application, the enabled features and permissions you authorize determine the data available to that application. This can include account/profile identifiers and email where supplied through login, business and WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, connected phone-number identifiers, business configuration, message templates, recipient contact details, message content or attachments handled by the messaging feature, delivery/read-status events and relevant webhook events. These categories apply only to features you enable and permissions actually granted; connecting an account is not permission to access unrelated Facebook content, friends or private inboxes. Integration credentials or access tokens are used to maintain the authorized connection. Never send your Facebook password or app secret to our support team.
5. Purposes and choices
We use relevant information to answer enquiries, arrange demos, provision and support software, manage orders and renewals, configure integrations, deliver authorized communications, troubleshoot faults, protect accounts, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Meta Platform Data is used for the connected feature the user requested, subject to the permissions granted and applicable Meta terms. We do not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated profiling. Promotional messaging requires an appropriate permission or other lawful basis; you can ask us to stop by replying STOP where supported or contacting us. Withdrawing promotional consent does not prevent necessary billing, security or service communications.
6. Providers, disclosures and international processing
Relevant information may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, technical-support, payment, domain-registration and integration providers as needed to deliver the selected service. Meta/WhatsApp receive data exchanged through their platforms and apply their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Providers may process data outside your country; any required safeguards depend on the service and applicable law. A third-party link does not place that provider under our control.
7. Cookies, analytics and embedded content
This website uses WordPress and may use cookies or similar storage for essential functions, security, preferences and measurement. Analytics and embedded services such as Google services, maps or YouTube may receive device and usage information when loaded. Browser controls let you restrict cookies; some features may then stop working. Where consent is legally required for non-essential tracking, that tracking must be subject to an appropriate consent choice. This notice itself does not operate a cookie-consent control.
8. Retention and security
Information should be kept only for the service purpose, account relationship, dispute handling or applicable recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Retention varies by record type, service configuration, customer instructions and legal requirements; request details for your service using the contact below. Restricted backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle. Security controls must be appropriate to the data and service; no website or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers should maintain appropriate backups, access controls and device security for systems they operate.
9. Your privacy choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or information about processing, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification. If your information is held in a customer organization’s ERP, school, clinic or laboratory account, contact that organization first; we can assist it within our service role. Removing an integration’s permissions stops future authorized access but does not by itself erase existing service records. Depending on the Meta product, access can be removed in its connected-app or Business Integrations settings.
10. User data deletion instructions
Read our Data Deletion instructions to request removal of account, Facebook/Meta or WhatsApp integration data.
11. Children and changes
Our services are intended for businesses and authorized users. We do not knowingly solicit children’s information through general website enquiries. School and healthcare records require the responsible organization’s lawful authority and any required parent/guardian permissions. We may update this notice as services or requirements change; the updated date appears here. Material changes requiring a new permission must not be treated as consent merely because the notice changed.
12. Privacy contact
For privacy, account and deletion requests, contact info@hardeeperpsoftware.com, call +91 78889 17735, or use the Contact Us form. Identify the product and nature of your request so it reaches the right team.
